How does a subscription A/V service work?
Digital Edge Media has created subscription services for clients in order to offer better support, maintenance, and guidance. Compared to traditional set-up and repair services, subscription plans provide a completely stress-free digital experience.
For a monthly fee, Digital Edge Media will design, install, and test a system that works for your needs. Afterward this, your system will be entirely maintained by the Digital Edge Media team. You won’t pay anything above the monthly subscription fee. We’ll maintain responsibility for the equipment and its functionality, and offer all the support, guidance, and updates you need to keep productivity at a maximum.
Will my staff be able to use the technology?
After installation, Digital Edge Media provides full hands-on training and instructions for our systems. We design with functionality in mind, which means anyone can easily use the technology.
What if something goes wrong after installation?
All warranties, repairs, and maintenance will be handled directly by the Digital Edge Media team. If you have a problem with your devices or system at any point in time, you can simply get in touch. If we can’t help you solve the problem immediately over the phone, you can schedule one of our techs to drop by.
What if one system component stops working?
All repairs, replacements, and upgrades are included with your monthly subscription. If your system isn’t working smoothly at any point in time, we’ll send our best techs in to fix it and test it as quickly as possible.
Do the products have warranties?
We’ll worry about all the warranty details. If any component of the system needs to be replaced, we’ll do so immediately. You won’t need to submit paperwork, print packing slips, or coordinate deliveries – we’ll do all the legwork. We stock many of our devices and components, which means you won’t need to worry about down-time.
